Transformational breath sessions with Lisa

To connect to your breath is powerful this isn’t your regular inhale/exhale practice. It’s a powerful immersive integrative process that connects you with life force energy.Your breath is unique to you your breathing pattern changes through life experiences. Sometimes the breath pattern causes mental and physical problems.

The magic of the breath sessions takes you to a place we’re you can integrate, let go and feel space to breath again.

Transformational breathing is a conscious breathing technique that involves breathing in deeply through the mouth and into your abdomen. You then exhale softly with your whole mouth, like you are intentionally fogging up a windowpane. Transformational breathing is an active form of meditation.

Transformational Breathwork can help:

Breathwork

Breathwork is so powerful because it can be used as a tool to completely shift your energy. It can help to calm you down, to energize you, to lift your mood and even to help you feel more grounded. Scientific researchers have found that our emotions and feelings can actually be controlled by our breathing.

just five minutes of breathwork each day for about a month could improve mood and reduce anxiety — and these benefits may be larger than from mindfulness meditation for the same amount of time.

Breathwork can also be a spiritual practice which can allow you to move beyond your mind and body and help you connect to your inner self. Many people who practice breathwork experience spiritual awakenings and the ultimate state of mediation and relaxation.

When we practice Breathwork, our body releases old toxins, emotional blockages and trauma and also brings in new energy into our system. This is why in the days following a session, you may or may notice some changes to your physical, emotional and/or spiritual body.

Everytime I have a breath session it depends my connection with me the true me and my heart just opens to receive guidance love and support.
